Brad Meyer, restaurant critic for Houston Community Newspapers, visits Hydens in Conroe along with humorist Mark Hayter. Hyden's was the first restaurant he reviewed when he started writing about restaurants a few years ago...and now that Hydens has reinvented itself as a sports bar, he's back. In Brad's original review, he ruffled the owner's feathers by saying the kitchen did much better than the service staff -- my how things have changed!
